Job Title: Sr. Sales Manager
Location: Hyderabad / Remote

Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Sr. Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales across the India market. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in B2B enterprise sales, particularly within SaaS, FinTech, ERP, or enterprise platforms, along with a strong understanding of finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the India market
- Engage with CFO organizations, finance leaders, and IT stakeholders
- Position solutions aligned to Order-to-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, and Shared Services processes
- Build and manage strong relationships with key enterprise clients
- Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and value-based selling
- Collaborate with global teams across pre-sales, marketing, and product
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals and negotiations
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools
- Should be able to nurture the leads from the SDRs and develop them into active opportunities” and “Navigate the sales cycle from to closure by liaising with various internal teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 14+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales (SaaS / FinTech / ERP / Enterprise platforms)
- Proven track record of closing mid-market and large enterprise deals
- Strong understanding of finance processes (O2C, AR, Credit, Collections, Shared Services)
- Experience selling into CFO organizations and finance/IT stakeholders
- Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building ability
- Experience working in a global sales environment
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and proposal-building skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or equivalent
MBA / Equivalent Degree from a reputed B School.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of ERP ecosystems such as:
- SAP
- Oracle E-Business Suite / Oracle Cloud ERP
- NetSuite
- Microsoft Dynamics
