Emagia's approach to systems implementation includes assisting our customers from Requirements Definition through Go-Live and Post-Implementation support. Following are high level phases with milestones of the implementation:
Planning and Project Management - This phase includes all activities associated with creating and refining a project plan, as well as establishment of a project office for the ongoing management of project activities, deliverables and schedules.
Requirements Definition and Analysis - During this phase, technical and functional requirements are gathered and analyzed relative to the Emagia solution. Gaps are noted, analyzed and resolutions identified.
Configuration and Customization, Design, Build and Test - During this phase the application is configured and customizations designed, built and tested. In short, the solution is completely built and tested to the client's specifications and made ready to be tested by client representatives.
Implementation - This phase includes the activities associated with user acceptance testing of the solution, training of users and migration of the solution to the production environment.
