POD, Bill-of-Lading, Contract Terms Access

Often a customer's documentation routing and archival processes break down, rendering crucial receipt documents unavailable to Payables personnel. Using the Verisign secure payment network, the Emagia Customer Care module can enable electronic funds transfer from your customers' banks directly to your lockbox. Secure Access and Confidentiality

To ensure confidentiality for your company and your clients, the Emagia Customer Care module comes with multiple levels of security. Access to the Customer Care module is protected by user identification using login ID and password. In addition, information is further protected using Secure Socket Layer encryption for all access and transmission. The Emagia Customer Care module’s security features can also leverage existing Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) based directory services and take advantage of standard single sign-on systems.
