Parker Hannifin Selects Emagia Software to Improve Operational Efficiency in Shared Services Center

Santa Clara, Calif. August 9, 2004 - Emagia Corporation, the leading provider of Enterprise Cash Flow ManagementT solutions, today announced that Parker Hannifin (NYSE:PH), a $7 billion diversified manufacturer of motion and control technologies, has selected Emagia Cash Inflow ManagerT to strengthen its internal shared services operations around receivables management.

"Emagia will help us improve our consolidated receivables visibility and dispute resolution processes, resulting in reduced operational expenses," said Dana Dennis, Parker Hannifin vice president and corporate controller.

Parker has established shared services centers to facilitate company-wide receivables management. Emagia was selected for its breadth of functionality, leading-edge web-based technology and proven track record of enabling shared services teams at Fortune 2000 companies to gain significant operational efficiencies.

"As part of our initiative to improve operational efficiency in our center, we needed a robust technology platform to support our newly formed shared services team," said Gary Ljubi, Parker's manager of shared services. "Emagia was the best overall solution and offered the ability to effectively manage our shared services operations around receivables." "Parker's shared services initiative is indicative of the current trend in corporate finance to reduce the cost of operations and drive efficiencies to entirely new levels," added Emagia CEO Veena Gundavelli.
