Emagia Expands Alliance Program to Target New Markets

Leading financial consulting firms join Emagia's roster of consulting partners delivering Enterprise Cash Flow Management solutions

Santa Clara, CA - November 4, 2003 - Emagia, the industry's leading enterprise cash flow management company, today announced that it is expanding the Emagia Alliance Program to deliver enterprise cash flow management solutions to a range of new markets throughout North America and Europe. Stout Causey Consulting and Pinnacle Technology Partners, two leading financial consulting firms, have both recently joined the Emagia Alliance Program as consulting partners.

"Delivering a strong ROI is crucial in today's business climate," said Tom Stout, president of Stout Causey Business & Technology Solutions. "Emagia's solution offers a holistic approach to managing cash flow processes and provides our customers with increased control and visibility into finance operations."

The goal of the Emagia Alliance Program is to partner with leading consulting and technology companies to deliver Enterprise Cash Flow Management solutions to customers. Enterprise Cash Flow Management continues to be a strategic requirement in a weak economy. Killen and Associates expects the Financial Supply Chain market to grow at a cumulative rate of 69% through 2006.

"We are focused on delivering proven performance management solutions to our customers," added Andrew Jorgensen, president of Pinnacle Technology Partners, Inc. "Emagia helps our customers improve their finance operations, and the reward is a stronger bottom line."

"Our partners continue to be critical contributors to Emagia's success," said Mike Backlund, president and chief executive officer of Emagia. "We look at our alliance partners as extensions of our team and will continue to work closely with them to develop a strong, win-win relationship."

Consulting partners in the Emagia Alliance Program receive the following benefits: access to education, certification programs and technical support services, support from local Emagia sales managers and sales consultants and the opportunity to participate in Emagia marketing campaigns. Emagia's roster of partners also includes technology partners such as Hyperion, the leader in Business Performance Management software.

Emagia's Cash Flow Analytics offering is built upon the Hyperion Essbase XTD platform and complements the Hyperion Business Performance Management suite.
