Emagia Announces Strategic Alliance With Solix For International Distribution


Emagia Cash Flow Management Software Now Available With Local Support In Europe, Asia


SANTA CLARA, Calif., May 29, 2002 - Emagia Corporation, the enterprise cash flow management software company, today announced that Solix, a leading provider of implementation services for enterprise applications, will deliver consulting and related implementation, integration and/or training services for all Emagia applications. In addition, Solix will market, sell, distribute and support Emagia Collaborative Finance Suite of Applications in Europe and Asia.

The agreement expands Emagia's access to the European and Asian markets and allows for greater customer reach in these areas by leveraging Solix's strong international presence. With offices around the world, Solix is experienced in meeting the needs of international clients and Fortune 500 corporations. Solix delivers comprehensive range of IT professional services that include implementation services, integration services, upgrade services, outsourcing services and managed services around of leading packaged solutions such as ERP, CRM and others.
