Vivendi Picks Emagia to Help Manage Chargebacks
Vivendi Universal Games (VU Games), a global developer, publisher and distributor of a multi-platform interactive entertainment, has selected Emagia's Cash Inflow Manager Version 5.0 to streamline receivables and revenue management across its operations, manage chargebacks and limit revenue leakage.

 

Chargebacks and deductions stemming from short payments by retailers due to pricing, trade promotions and vendor compliance issues can amount to significant drain in profitability and higher operational expenses for consumer products companies, Emagia opted, adding that visibility into receivables along with chargebacks management tools and process is critical to improving financial performance.
