Emagia Unveils Latest Cash Inflow Manager
Emagia Corp., a provider of cash flow management solutions, said its cash inflow manager Version 5.0 is now available. Some of the functions of Cash Inflow manager 5.0 Include:
  • Credit Scoring and Management for companies seeking better control over revenue and risk management.
  • Credit Scorecards - which can be customized to use criteria such as specific customer characteristics or risk profiles.
  • Integration with back-end systems for purpose of checking credit limits during order entry.
  • Credit risk management strategies for collections automation.
  • Debit/Credit Matching- for high volume environments selling into retail and distribution channels. The system reconciles credit memos with deductions from customers.
  • Rule-based matching - designed to eliminate manual research in ending account balances.
    Automated feed interface for clearing transaction in back-end financial systems, thus enhancing process efficiency and reducing erroneous A/R transactions.
  • Cash Forecasting-designed to raise the accuracy of short-term cash forecasting. Credit and collections data is fed into the short-term cash forecasting engine. The resulting cash receipt projections can be compared across different scenarios to improve decision-making with respect to investments and borrowing decisions.
  • Internal controls administration as well as control and compliance reporting for Sarbanes-Oxley attestation.
